Refund Policy

  • We do not have a Refund option once the booking is done for a Day trip as well as Overnight Stayas we have a cap on the number of visitors we allow each day
  • However, the Refund Policy in certain situations and reasons will be based on the discretion of the Management
  • A deposit is required to obtain a confirmed reservation. Please note the above refund / cancellation policy before committing to a reservation
  • Normal occupancy is two people per room. Additional person (if room size permits) is extra chargeable
  • For Corporate reservations secured by a company credit card, the deposit requirement may be waived at our discretion. Kindly inquire before making a reservation
  • Should your plans change, be sure to inform within the following guidelines for a refund of your deposit. If the cancellation does not meet guidelines, the deposit will be retained.
  • In case a refund is agreed to be issued, the processing will take up to 2 weeks until the entire amount is refunded back. This is due to dependencies on bank and credit card processes
  • For our day trips , our time is from 9 am to 5 pm
  • For Overnight Stays, our normal Check-in time is 12 noon and Checkout time is 11 am. For late arrivals, please call for instructions on the procedure for arrival after 6 pm.
  • If you fail to arrive on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically and you will be charged the cost for the whole reservation for the entire duration
